Hello MLBB team,

I need your assistance with my game ID 23112511 (3029). I've been chatting in-game to your support but no one is replying. My second account ID(665837155) has been reporting the hacked issue since Sunday and GM Viktor who replied the next day is no help at all. My second account already provided all the details proving the game ID 23112511 is mine, screenshot and payment number of my first and last purchase even the exact date of when I started playing, and the old nickname of the account before the hacker changed it.

So my VK account that's been connected to my account 23112511 has been hacked. Not my Moontoon account, not my Gmail, not my FB, just my VK. I am no longer able to login on my VK account because the hackers changed the password and the phone number to reset it so basically the VK account can no longer be restored and cannot be used to disconnect. MLBB team should just disconnected the existing VK account from my game ID 23112511 but since I cannot do it on my end because I am getting the error below because the hackers accessed my account from Indonesia

Hacker even changed my flag to Indonesia, I'm from PH. If you check ALL my games from the start of the creation of this account, you can see that all my matches are on PH region. He keeps on quitting and my credit score from 110 is now 80.

PLEASE disconnect my VK account on 23112511 then sign-out all my accounts from ALL devices after. Thank you.

This is exactly my case too. It's been over 3 weeks already and the support is replying but takes very long time and while they are taking time, the hacker just keeps logging in on my account and binded his VK too. Until now the customer support on email is still asking for additional proof that the account is mine. I am sending detailed proofs I just hope they list all the proofs they needed right from the first reply so that we don't have to go back and forth just to send these things because I can do it on one go and it takes another week or longer just for them to reply back.

Anyway, for this "logging on a new device/region" to be solved just check on it every time you login and try to unbind it using your Moonton email address.

In my case, I was finally able to unbind the hacker's VK account on my own after a week or so. Only to find out that they can still login on my account even when that VK account is unbinded. Also, he is now able to bind his own FB account on my account even though my own fb is still binded (I knew that because I can see his fb friends on the friends list)

tried unbinding all 3rd Party accounts (Google Play Games, FB, VK) while waiting for support to reply but  with no luck. the hacker can still login.

I am in a point now where I am the one who is already having a hard time logging in (needs a dozen of game restart because it won't get pass through "Game Loading...")

Just hope a GM can help our case.

I think Moonton should really look into this problem more seriously because as to what I've researched so far all these hackings are caused by INDONESIANS and using a VK Account.  Post time 2020-4-15 01:28 AM

Hi, try this method might help
1. Go to the account center in the account settings
2. Select "3rd Party Account Disconnect Self-service"
3. Then select the account you want to disconnect = (VK)
4. Select "Enter the mail address of your Moonton account to disconnect"
5. A verification code will be sent to your moonton account via email and follow the next steps

I did and they haven't replied to me yet since last week after I sent an email with complete details to disconnect VK and Moontoon account(just to be sure) for game ID 23112511.

you missed 1 more bind: Apple Game Center id. As I am iOS user, I did not use Google Play, so I did not know that the hacker binded my account to VK and Google Play, so after I took over the account and binded my brand new VK account, That fucking hacker still control my account throught his/her Google Play with email address ekasryaa12@gmail.com account.

I had email all the proof to Mobile Legend throught MobileLegendsGame@gmail.com but no luck and they do nothing. It's really frustrating because I spent money to buy diamonds in MLBB, but the service is SUCKS.

Any updates on this issue? I have the same problem, too.
I managed to disconnect VK Account, but the hacker can sign in and bind his/her VK account again, so they spend my diamonds, gold, tickets.

Please act fast, why Moontoon / Mobile Legends management does not act quickly?
