My test server account reset level 11 to 1, why?

After I switched my account to new device, when I go to test server my account lvl is suddenly reset to lvl 1 although it have to be lvl 11 and I played for very long times. Now the problem is that test server account cannot level up more. No matter how you play the matches it is still lvl 1 with 0 EXP.
How do i do with that problem?

Device model and os version
game client version
When did this happen
How to trigger this bug
