Hello Buddy ! I had the same problem but now i got a solution[loading screen stucked]
Basically its mostly router problem but rarely by game .
First of all don,t open the game go to chrome then go to https://m.mobilelegends.com/en  If the pictures are visible and page is properly loaded game will run but if that page has no Pics then try to turn off you router for 10sec and then turn on and load this page https://m.mobilelegends.com/en again, if still doesn't help do that again then check if works then go to game basically its somewhat like Ip problem my router fault which leave actual ip and this problem occurs but by this method its fixed temporary for permenant maybe a new router is needed.
