I do not think the admin in this forum have any authority anything in Moontoon, because they only suggesting, but hardly solved the problem. It takes ages to get a reply from Mooontoon.

i already give up to this apps/game
the hacker now keep AFK in game to lower my credit to below 50, i lazy to play it already.

Let change to other better account secure protect game, forget this sux management/technical support game.

Yes they have poor management and very disappointing customer service. I have already spend lot of money on my account and now they are not ready to help.
No more response from Support again. I hotta say MLBB support sucks.

Pretty disappointed with the support i received.

I fill account hacked form on date 18 april 2020 and again they ask me to fill again 28 april 2020. And today date 5 may 2020 i got a reply. Surprise they want me to fill the form again. Is this some kind of joke?? So unprofessional.

Still no response or solution i have submitted account hacked form thrice. Worst support on the planet.
