I have been unfairly banned

I have been using my account on iOS and Android, and suddenly they ban me saying that I use a hack where I have never used shit, they can review the games and everything and check if I have used a hack where the only thing on Android was the joystick personalized with a photo it is unfair to wait 87 days. When I have never used hack and those who actually use hack maps and that and the lag cheats are still there.

Ok I understand that I should not have used the custom joystick but I will not use it again I promise I need my account. I had several goals, nothing entered the global 100 with lolita and I wanted to get to 1 and become YouTube.

Please I want to speak to a developer.

If you accidentally pushed a person down from a building, does that mean you can still be forgiven just because it is an "accident"?
No right? Take the consequences for your own fault, it is pretty clear  you're the one who make you own account getting banned.

Exact bro. The ones that really use hack, map cheats, and those lag that get you out of the game are still there. I have never used a hack, I have been playing for a long time, and you know all the money I have spent a lot to have my account removed. In no time I entered the global 100 with my main Lolita, I had the object of reaching 1.

Unfortunate to hear that ,but any 3rd party plug-ins are not recommended and against moonton policy. If you want to enquire to unban, do contact the 'Provide assistance' from the ban menu in loading screen.

Just because many idiots reported you using cheats does that mean i have used cheats? I too been banned and reason is using cheats. When i open MLBB Like i was WTF? Is this for real? Why dafuq am i banned for using cheats? I even trashtalked players on MLBB FB page for using cheats. I even posted here a screenshot of a youtuber posting tutorials of using cheats and giving cheat apps. Then i get banned for fckng cheating? Sorry for my language but i am really frustrated. I have been playing MLBB since 2016 and had so much experience. Then all i get is this fckng false acusation of me using cheats saying they have detected  me using 3rd party apps. WTF? WTF is wrong with the system. I am really pissed about this because i have worked hard for my account then they get to ban me because players reported me of using cheats? OMG. This is really discouraging.

if you really think you are innocent then do what my fellow colleague said. Also check if you use any 3rd party app like built in gaming app or something like that so that you can provide the information to the cs.
