Hi Forum managers, just want to know is there a chance if i can retrieve my account when my account has been stolen?
They change the moonton email to another one which i don't know and they have already unbound all other accounts like Gamecenter and FB. I have provided a lot of proof that i'm the actual owner of the account to MobileLegendsGames@gmail.com but they have not responded to my request yet.

The right CS Moonton email is : MobileLegendsGame@gmail.com.
Not using "S" after the word "Game".

i think no need to ask them already, not only you, many ppl have been hack (me too)
And they doesnt reply any msg more then weeks (some players is more then months).

my account let the hacker lower the credit to below 50.

I have seen quite some posts regarding accounts hacked.

So did you manage to retrieve? Or have they replied even once to your request?

ok I get it, thanks.

But can I know whether transferring the stolen account to my current account is possible? Have they done it? If not why they ask for my current account in the form. I guess they can disable the stolen account, and migrate the data over to another account right?

nvm forget it...they are not interested in helping. I've made it clear that my account was stolen and I can't log in. They keep giving me automated replies or replies that are not helpful at all.

may 14 i send again, then ?? today may 22 another 8days. so i send may 22 now, let see b4 may 31 any reply or not.
