Continuous crashing

Hi Team!

The app keeps on crashing. At first it was only during hero selection before a match and then before the game ends. I reinstalled the app hoping it would fix the problem but it made it worse.

Now it keeps on crashing every after action I do on the app and especially so in game, now I couldn't even get my account info without it crashing on me before I could even screenshot my details.

I'm using the most recent generation of iPad with iPadOS 13.3.1.

My user ID is: 664247413(10212]

I can't even get my other details without the app crashing. Someone help :(

Not particularly sure how I could record it. The app just suddenly closes randomly. I’ve been trying the app at least twice a day now to see if it will fix itself but it’s still happening but getting worse.

Now it would close at random, i would reopen the app, it’d work for a couple of seconds, then close again. I actually ended up afk-ing on a match because it simply won’t open again and would just keep on closing on its own,

The issue only started after I updated the app though.

Additionally, I’ve been reported because of the issue and so it has affected my credit score. I’ve sent an appeal which hopefully will be granted.

If I try to do a screen recording, I might end up being afk again on a match which would lower my credit score even more,

So I had to upload the screenshot to my YouTube account so I can post it here,  this forum wouldn't accept the video format of the screen recording.

As I've said, the app closes by itself on random. Even more so when I try to play a match.
Moonton should be able to verify the accounts having issues with account ID right? So they can validate on their end and give back the credit score

Hopefully this screen recording will help. I'm looking forward to a resolution of the matter.

it's a new hack/3rd party tools...i know someone in real life use it since 2019 and not getting banned
