I was always wondering why some player in survival is extra big
What did they do?

and is the item drop random? or is there any rule?

Complete 3 items with same attribute you will gain extra physical attack for physical.
Additional magic for magic items.
And additional defence for defencive items.

Complete 6 will double everything including size.

survival is one of the fun mode in the arcade, ofc you need to survive till the end of the battle.
build a team with physical dps, magic dps and tank will be better, and make sure to landing together with your teammates to be stronger

the item will be randomly dropped after killing monster or creep and don't forget to share items with teammates, recommended to look for lucky chest in the jungle coz its contains the most rare items or spells and sure thing its the most hunted by players
