I got banned for "Cheats" for 30 days even though im not using any kinds of cheats?
Two days ago when my account was banned i tried to log in using Parallel Space (Which is an app that is used to switch between account) and the system said that i was using a 3rd party application and so i closed the app and opened it normally and then played 1 ranked match with my friend and when we were done playing i suddenly got banned 30days for using Cheats? The only reason i used Parallel Space is because the normal switch account provided by the ML system won't work every time i tried it said that i was already logged in using that account that i tried to switch to. Please decide fairly, i worked very hard on this account and i was planning on getting to top global Lancelot but this 30 days bans ruins it all for me since my MMR would be far behind after 30 days. In my opinion i shouldn't have been banned for using such apps because it does not affect other players nor does it affect my gameplay like using apps for free skins or stuff. Please unban me this 30 day ban is not fair

You should be able to see a button that says “Provide Assistance” in game along with your ban reason and stuff. That is the only way you can get help with your ban. We can’t do anything else other than guide you to that. (no need to create a new account and no need to email moonton).

I did do that but i've got no reply from Moontoon yet after waiting for 3 days... How long is it going to take?

Dear Moonton,

My account has been banned for 30days last 2days ago because of inappropriate chatting.I blamed my teammates as they are low skill level but I didn't lose any credit points.I m not understand why banning time is 30days.This is my first time banning and it should be at most 7days or 3 days but now it take 30days.I think it is not however I apologize deeply for inappropriate chatting and u will forgive for this.Please Unban my account.
