My Main account has been banned for 30yrs. I don't know what happened but I am confident that i'm not using any cheat on the game.
I am switching from my Smurf/Low elo account after wards my main account has been banned.
I have sent an appeal to the team however I got nothing in response only System Generated replies.

I am using IOS Device. and doesn't have any idea about third party apps for ML.


Can you help me contact the team for my account. I want them to investigate further ang give me fair reason why i got banned.
Have spend huge for my account. It breaks my heart. I would understand if I really had used cheat but for this I'm sure my account is clean.

Isn't it unfair for us who got banned for cheating even though we are not using any kinds of cheats? My account has been banned for the last past 5 days and im still waiting for a response from Moontoon to my ban appeal. I got banned because i used Parallel Space (an app used to switch account) and i only used it because the system for switching account doesn't work. I have been banned unfairly for 5 days and im still waiting for my response. I worked very hard on that acc and making a new acc and playing it even if i play 5 hours a day on that new acc it would still take very long to get to the point of my old acc because i've played from season 5 and i have been playing fairly but i have been wrongly banned. This is very unfair for us and it really ruins it for all of us who got unfairly banned

Yeah I hope so. I think its unfair. however there must be a reason for this.
Have spent much on my account and all I get is being banned. Its frustrating.
Still Waiting for official response of CS.

Day by day i get to see many players get banned wrongly nowadays. I too got banned 3 months for a reason i didn't evem do, cheating. And after the 3 month suspension, i am even much afraid to play on my account again because i might get banned again then my accounts skins and diamonds would only get to waste if i might get banned again. I guess i could sell my account to regain the money i lost on buying items in game? It's just too risky for me to play again on it. I might be acused of cheating again. Sad life.

I just got my wife's 2 accounts restored within 72 hrs after e-mailing Moonton. IDK wtf is going on... whether it was triggered by player reports or a false positive detected by the anti-cheats, but both her accounts used on separate devices got 30 days bans for 'cheat' after playing one game wherein enemy team was apparently salty and mass reported.

We didn't even have her ID #s  (since you can't see it if you can't login therefore can't even dispute using their direct form. I ended up just using her IGNs, server IDs, Battle ID (for last game played before ban) and apparently that — along with stating intent to chargeback hundreds of USD we've spent — was enough to get her accounts restored.

My Main account has been banned for 30yrs. My phone was lost on 06-16-2022 and lately found it in my neighbor. I was on hurry to check my ML account since my brother noticed that is has been online for several days. I hope your team consider this happenings.
