Hi,

My old phone spoiled. I setting up my new phone.

I try to login using my moonton email and pw, but it say "The email address is not recognized as a moonton account"

Please help

my actual email first letter is lower case, but when I try to key in, it is upper case auto.

now work

The login is case sensitive I cant type brunonana@gmail.com instead I would type Brunonana@gmail.com. Maybe you should try that.
