Desperate to keep Assassin-meta going?

We all are well-awared that last season was a Marksman-meta, Marksman are dominating the game. However on late last season, the team has hyped us with Assassin-meta is coming next, a lot of teasers of it. But then, on the the next season, all we see is a Support-meta with 1-3-1 strategy, Diggie, Nana & lots Mage/Supports has been a top pick/ban. And with the strategy of Marksman midlane 2 buffs, Marksman are still dominating and Assassin is nowhere to be seen (except Selena, as she has been used as a Support).

But that meta was short-lived after the team decided to nerf every piece of it. Nana, Diggie, Roam Item, changing gold mechanism (kill the most fed hero earn lots of gold) & the latest one, Endless Battle item. To make it sound a lot worse, Natalia & Lancelot left untouched patches after patches, and Hanzo received lots of buff (since he is still under-picked) & Karina appears on the patch after a long long time.. mann the effort.

This had me think, they never listened to the players, like why can't they just accept it and let the Support-meta with 1-3-1 strategy run throughout the season? Why does meeting their target is so important, that makes them forced everything to our face? Do they get fired if the project failed or something?

I'm assuming the more we're not using Assassins, the more they're gonna nerfing other things that is not benefitting Assassins, and of course, a little to no nerf on Natalia. Maybe a Fighter nerfing-spree are next, or Tank, since 2 Tanks is still a viable strategy. Like.. "If i say its Assassin-meta, its Assassin-meta".

Hanzo is a great pic if you are playing trio. Assassin Dave is playing hanzo everyday, trying to reach top 1 hanzo. He has 20 hours or more of hanzo videos in the last 2 weeks, check it. He can be played instead of a marksman, or like me, I play him as support. Thanks to the new double button he can freely roam the map. You can now recall in the enemy area and they don’t have time to look for you, but again you need friends to tell you if they need help or if you can freely roam.

I don't think the sole reason of the nerf of the roam item was just to nerf overall Support, it was also to eliminate other strategies that was indeed really overpowered. Although they're nerfed, supports are still viable imo and I don't think assassins are nowhere to be seen? Assassins are even prioritized when it comes to getting banned the same with Supports.

Assassin on the ban list is just newly happened, after the nerf. Back when the start of the season until 2 weeks after, there is a little to no Assassin was picked or banned. Just out of 10 games we could see 1 Ling banned & 1 Lancelot picked (I exclude Selena as she been played as Support back then). While the rest are 2 Offlaners, 1 Marksman covered by a combination of 2 Tank/Support/Mage.

Pick 2 tanks, 2 mages and 1 mm. You are more likely to win easily
Its hard for assassin to kill mage from a distance so they need to come close. If enemy assassin comes close, tank will stun the assassin and mage will finish off

Endless battle nerf is a big nerf for MM, Fighter and few assassins too.

We cannot say MM meta is over now. Still some MM like Granger, Bruno, etc are dealing good damage after farming. After all, MM is the main protaganist of every game

What are you correcting me for? And i did not state 'my opinion' that MM era is over. You clearly didn't understand my point.

you hate it because you're not a support. that's it, not everyone's preference shall be pleased. me,
I am a support/tank player and i like this meta. have u played mobile legends when it was the mage meta? where there was no MM? You haven't played long enough to enjoy every meta!

i see this coming too. but helcurt, natalia and hanzo are nerfed at last patch note.
lance is untouchable (since he well got a new skin soon, and he's rarely ban). and i think they nerfed natalia a bit so she can free from "Perma-ban-zone". since she will got her epic LB skin soon.
