Here is the story of my hacked account and I wanted to share with you guys how trouble you are in now.
I know everybody here have different stories why their accounts was hacked and ofcourse no one wanted to happen this.
Let me begin this story with a questions. Why does Mobile legends have 4 security features? Moonton, Facebook, Google Play, VK Account.
Are you secured if you bound your account atleast 1? e.g facebook. Are you more secured if you account was bound atleast 3 of any of them? Asked your selves why?
This was happened somewhere 1st or 2nd of July at night GMT, I access my account and suddenly it is asking me to create a new IGN.
In that point I never think about my account was hacked due to the fact that I know I never access my account to someone else. I continue creating a new account because I wanted to. Now the following day, I tried to access my real account which is bounded to Moonton, Facebook and Google Play not knowing that someone already added a VK account. I was furious at the time, I saw my resources are all gone. Diamonds,golds,tickets,fragments and even friend list, Seriously? Why someone do that thing? There was question came up to my mind, How did he/she access the account and able to bind a VK account?
I investigate what he/she's doing in the account, I found that the location already changed to Thailand, playing continuesly even though I tried to kick him he will come back to access it again. Now the most interesting part is this person has capability to banned me accessing the account after continuesly exchanging in logging in. There is also a time that when he/she started playing system is not allowing me to interfere and the home page is just loading. Ofcourse, I can see its playing because I had a newly created account that is sync to my wife's Facebook.
The sad part here I asked an assistance in this forum they referred me to send an email to mobilelegendsgame@gmail.com
I started to email them on 3rd of July see attached files.
Hope you view the attached file and my apology I cant put the pictures along with this message and to summarize until now nothing has been resolved after a month. Dis-satisfiying service - they will make you wait and the respond you will get is only 5 - 10 words from them, During this verification process if you missed one of them they will not entertain you and they will keep repeating the question for you until you will burst.
Kudos to their automated system it is very responsive. Now I will send you another update on this issue after I hear from them and hoping that someone in here could help me and escalate this matter further.
