My account's being used by the hacker for almost a week now and I am getting frustrated. Surprisingly though, he hasn't bind any of his third party apps nor unbind mine (I have Vk, FB, and Google Play bound) i tried using the in game functions like sign out all devices but it really does not work. The problem is, I don't remember the email address of the Moonton bound unto my account. If only I could remember or know it, since with retrieve function it shows asterisks, if only I could remember it, I could log in my Moonton account since I only use 4 or 5 passwords on all my account.

I swear I didn't click or got unto third party programs that gives free diamonds and such tho. I am not that desperate to get free diamonds, I only got skins from in-game events and I have not participated on skin giveaways that requires you to give your Account ID out in the open. I have recharged through legal means tho. Moonton's CS really sucks, like it sucks so much.

I got hacked too and uts been half moon since i reported it and the last email i received is "pls show me your last recharge receipt in 13june2020 with unipin"
I reported it since 31may2020 that my acc got hacked, how can i possibly recharge any diamonds when my acc got hack, that is so ridiculous, make my blood boiled when i read it,
So crappy slow devs response, how can they abandon their loyal customers, i played more than 3 years and spent a fortune for this game.  So dissapointing. Why dont you recruit more customer services since we buy your things much, we hope with buying stuff in your store can make the improvement on the services. Pls think before all of your customers begone.

How to resolve this issue? I had the same issue recently its been 3 days now! I sent an email to mobilelegends gmail account but I haven't received any feedback with them. Hope that someone will notice this.

The hacker messed with my account, drain the diamonds,golds,tickets,fragments etc.

Hope that this will resolved soon!

For most players here, it takes about a month to get a response from Mobile Legends support. I think perhaps that they have loads of emails on a daily basis that they can not just answer everything in one day. Please have some patience with them as you are not the only one whose accounts got hacked.

I can also relate to this! My account was stolen by some hacker in Indonesia and had the actual audacity to hook their Facebook account to my in-game account. This is so frustrating given that I literally had spend so much on that account and this thing happen without my permission. That person managed to steal 1000+ worth of auroras and 800+ diamonds on my account.

PS - I want to add the images here but man this thing is not user friendly

Hi I already emailed the developers - now per checking I can no longer login as even if I changed my password my Moonton Login can only be retried only after 24 hours I think. Also I can no longer access it via Google Play. Unfortunately I can no longer play as I have no access on it anymore.
