Why Roger is secretly Op?

Roger is 1 of the most OP Marksman in mlbb .
But . Using him requires a proper timing and positioning.

Roger deals a good amount of damage in wolf form he deals 5% of tagert missing hp, with that passive combine with D-H-S + Golden staff . He can meltdown tanks in a short time.

Guess what?.  Hes more OP in human form.
His basic attack reduce target movement speed by 20%, combine with C-scythe + dominance ice. And paired wiht marksman emblem talent " weakness Finder " hes untouchable in his human form. Take note if the enemy manage to come close. You can even slow them with skill 1 and use skill 2 to increase your own movement. In addition of his ult that can imunity some of cc.

Well it my item gear to roger. I use it personally.

One of my opponent go afk because of frustration from my rogers infinite slow build.

So feel free to comment your own roger item gear.
