Someone hacked my account and change my moonton and now everytime i log in it says that my email i not connected to any game... I request to retrieve my account and i send all of my transaction receipt history to customer service to prove that that account was mine... But your customer service wasn't respond yet... And yesterday someone was using my account im afraid if someone was going to use mh to banned my account

In order for the hacker to change your moonton account, they would also need the access to your email account. If your email account did not receive any messages on whether someone requested a change of the moonton account, it is unlikely that your moonton account was changed. If your email account was also hacked, you would need to do whatever it takes to recover your email account. Moonton account is case-sensitive, so if your account has one letter capitalized and the rest is uncapitalized, you need to enter it as exactly how you entered it when you registered the moonton account. For example: Moonton Account: Abcya123@gmail.com, it will show that it does not exist if you entered it as abcya123@gmail.com. I think you have some sensitive information with some of these screenshots and I would advice you to remove them as quick as possible. This is public to every forum users.
