Neighborhood Ranks

How many players are needed to make a neighborhood Ranking? Cuz in Vietnam were just like 3 or 2 in some heroes but we have Supreme players. I don't understand why Iceland does not have a Neighborhood ranking like is there a minimum amount of people? Or it is made by Moontoon(Programmed)? Cheers!

hei mate, which part of vietnam you are staying right now ? mainly the vietnamese here playing AOV and Garena more due to the language barrier.

I think there are some requirements or minimum no. of players needed for the ranking. Some countries like Bangladesh dont even get it yet. But dont knw, how many are needed for the mark.

Oh, in Da Nang. I tried those but the graphics of ML is better. I am just waiting patiently for the new updates and I hope this game will be better. Cheers!
