Account Hacked Can't Remove Bound 3rd Party Account Using Moonton E-mail

I just got hacked recently. Was surprised an unauthorized VK account was suddenly linked to mine. So no matter how many times I try to sign out on all devices, the VK account is still there.

There are two ways we can unbind a 3rd party account using the Self-Service:
1. Login to the account connected to disconnect (which is impossible since this is the hacker's account)
2. Enter the address of your Moonton Account to disconnect (This is our option)

NOW, the problem I had with this is that due to having switched accounts and the hacker is probably in a different sever than yours, this notification appears :
"Dear Player, you are logging in on a new device or a new region. For you account security, please contact the Customer Service to continue"

We all know MLBB CS is god tier trash. So I saw a solution for this.

Play in your device about 5 ranked games, it worked with mine after 3 ranked games. After playing, try unbinding the hacker's account from yours using option #2 - using the Moonton email. An email will then be sent to you with a link that allows you to unbind the hacker's account.

I also saw someone who said "Already removed hacker's account but they still have access" I also saw a solution to that.

If you are using an ios device, try using an android device because the hacker could've linked their google play account to your ML account so make sure to unbind it as well.

If you are using an android device, try using an ios device because ios also has this apple game center(counter part of google play in android) so make sure it's unlinked as well.

Tighten the security of your account because I think Moonton has security problems recently because of all the accounts I've seen looking for answers.



Hope this helps solve your problems. Oh! And I had a ridiculous conversation with the hacker(I searched for his account in VK) and he was demanding for 20000 diamonds in exchange for him removing his account from mine. Please don't fall for their tricks. Constantly make sure your accounts are secured.

I tried both ways ranked ad brawls on a android phone and wasn’t able to sign out the google play account ..I am a iOS user...now my account has 0 credit score so all I can do is play comp ...still waiting on cs ...

Did the methods above and sign out on 3rd party worked for us after 8 games. 7 classic and 1 brawl. Now waiting to see if the hacker is still able to get in.

Please do follow the steps he has done. Make sure all your accounts have already changed email and no can access it. Do a 2FA if needed for your emails. Get everything ready and follow the steps as mentioned. If you have an iOS game, login to the android side and you will see a google play account that is not yours attached to the game as the 3rd party. Now the thing is once u log into the other device u will need to play a few rounds before u can do a sign out from the 3 party accounts by entering the mlbb email used. If you are using android then login to an ios device and you will see the game center account attached as one of the 3rd part. This is the reason why when u had already signed out all in game but the hacker still can get back doing a recovery or by signing into the 3rd part account. Am now waiting on my end to see if the hacker is able to get back in. If he cant i will change back to ios and i have the email of the hacker plus the picture and a name. Will be sending it to the police soon. Thanks Moonton for not doing anything at all.

Guys, it actually works. I just got hacked yesterday and “this guy” said he bought it from someone else. I don’t really care tbh, i just want my account to be free and safe.

So my problem is that guy bound his vk and googleplay accounts. I am an iOS user but i also have android phones. So i played ranked for 5 matches and mlbb allowed me to unbind vk account using my moonton account. After that, I bound my VK account just to be safe.

Next, I logged in to my android phone and played for another 5 ranked matches and it allowed me to unbind the googleplay account as well. NOW.. my current problem is i cannot bind my google account to my mlbb account. It keeps on saying this account has been bound to another game progress, please switch account bla bla bla.. I know that i have unbind the hacker’s gplay account but i am still feeling insecure rn tbh.

Anyone can help? MOD PLS HELP!!!

*NOTE: while you are playing ranked match, it has to be 5 consecutive matches without being disconnected by the hacker or else the game will not recognise your device.

Hacked account issues occur a lot and take the best step is to contact in-game CS
The important thing is must secure account by binded it to all platforms such as (fb, vk) and never sharing important information about the account to anyone
Hopefully hacking issue will be handled immediately and not happen again
