Notice on Issue regarding Stolen Device ID and Moonton Account

This notice was sent to all the players regarding the account if anyone missed it here it is.


Dear Player,


We've noticed that some players revealed some account information of other players on social media, and caused concerns regarding account safety. We went on a detailed investigation right after we realized the issue and here's what we were able to find:


1. After verification, the majority of the account information was leaked due to the account holders using unauthorized 3rd party plug-ins which already had malware and hacking programs implemented in. These plug-ins will record players' info including their account number and password and further steal your account. Once again, for your own account safety, we urge our players to not use any unauthorized 3rd party apps as these apps may not only lead to an account loss.


2. Some other players' info was leaded due to the account holders using unauthorized 3rd party recharging services. In order to avoid this from happening, please don't trust or use any unauthorized 3rd party recharging service.


3. Regarding account safety: The game provides effective protection to your account via various functions in the account center. You can improve your account safety by changing email that your account binds to, changing password, or signing out all devices. Your account will not be stolen during normal gaming activities such as providing your player ID while adding friends.

I did not share my info with any 3rd party site and would juts like to be able to see all linked acc ...

I doubt it’s third party and Moonton got hacked themselves and claim it’s third party because suddenly someone had their VK account on my account. I unbound the account but they still have my account. I can still log in no problem since they can’t get to my email but they also still logged in even if I press sign out to all other devices. This is pretty pathetic of Moonton and no way they can fix for their poor security. Third party me ass when I only use FB and Gamecenter log in. I think this happened when they forced me to make a Moonton account in game wouldn’t stop annoying me about it.

When willthe Customer service response to my stolen account problem im still waiting to the Customer service response... I send my first and my last transaction on the customer service i hope they respond sooner or later

I did not share my info with any 3rd party site and would juts like to be able to see all linked accounts on iOS device..like google play... so I can unbind hackers account!!!

Whutt thank you and continue support??? The fu#k what no support will come because they game CS is poor and not user friendly...
