Can she benefits Queen wings passive to allies other than Dominance ice,Oracle and courage mask?

From what I know, the only reason why the other item work is because their Unique Skill is in an Aura or toggle-able. While Queen Wings is only applied to the item holder itself. So, I guess no?

Practically no , queen wings passive duration and the time that angela need to go inside ally body is almost exactly the same , makes it near impossible to test and impractical in real battle. It's not possible to lose health while attached to ally , unless you somehow hack the game .

I agree with Charles and diwang. Logically speaking, just from reading the passive; no it shouldn't work howver I will be testing with my friends as diwang said; it is a bit hard to get the ultimate time right and also track the exact damage you recieve at the same time.

Well yea it can .Not to mention,the item effect is permanent (aura passive).

Yeah it 'was'. But Moonton adjusted it already on the latest patch
