What was your issue about? CS might be busy due to many queries, do wait they will reply back.

Like what seimz said, customer service is usually flooded with lots of queries. For now, it's best to wait, it usually take a while and it's not advisable to send another ticket.

That's all CS makes us do... wait... we wait, and we wait... and then all we get is a canned response, copy-pasted from some template, that doesn't resolve anything...

If devs and any moonton official actually listen to people, they'd check this forum and read about exactly what are the things that players are complaining about...

But apparently, they don't care... it's pretty obvious... they just don't care about their players for as long as they can still milk the game for profit...
