Clear the app data /Uninstall the game and-re install it.

Try clearing game cache , updating the game first and check if it works.

They Sayed video chest is under maintenance, not available for watching at this moment

Hi, Video Chest has been under maintenance since May 13 due to a bug that is therefore temporarily unavailable for watching ads to get free BP. stay tuned for the official announcement mail in the game when the maintenance is finished
