Are you able to get access to your current email because you still should be able to log in by your moonton email if your current email account was not hacked. They can’t change your moonton account without access to your email account. If your email account was not hacked and there was no verification links sent by Mobile Legends to your email, then that means your moonton email was not changed. If your email was hacked, that means they changed your moonton account, you would need to contact customer service. Since you have tried to reach to them by emailing, I would suggest you wait a while because it can take a while because some people here managed to get in contact within a month or two. Customer Service in email can be very busy. If you can log in with your moonton account, then you can click on profile and click on account and click on account center and click on 3rd Party Disconmect Self-Service. You need those accounts that was binded by the hacker to be removed so you remove them with your email account. Then you need to click on sign out all devices. If you still can’t log in with your moonton account (moonton account is case-sensitive, make sure you type in exactly how you did when you registered it.), I would suggest you wait for a response by customer service. If you can’t perhaps sign out 3rd party accounts, I suggest you play about 5-10 matches and try again. Hope you get your account back! |
