I was charged for 15 USD in total. First transaction has been made on Jun 1 for the amount of 9,56, the second one has been made today for 6,75 USD. Account ID 562124062 (6271). Please refund the money or send the diamonds accordingly.

Hello,
Did you get the receipt for transaction. If so, contact your CS in-game > Payment problem, they will ask your order ID. Submit it and you'll get your diamnds.
