I cant it says im on a new device or a new region and I need to contact customer service.

I think there is a way to bypass that by playing 5-10 matches. To contact customer service, you would need to email MobileLegendsGame@gmail.com or click on the customer support button on the top left near your profile picture

Share something on Facebook . If he bind his fb . Then delete his account. He literally give you access to his fb.
