1 Trick that can help you win

This is only applicable in late game.

Did you know that you can actually sell Immortality while it's on cooldown.
Replace it with Athena shield or Oracle temporarily. Then after sometime re sell it and buy Immortality again repeat it to maximize your item slot.

I always do it. I hope it's not considered as cheat.

It's not considered as a cheat but smart playing. I do this as well. It wont be considered cheating or abusing it because the gold you get in return is deducted from its original price. But yeah, it's really a helpful trick in endgame.

Nice tips, never did that before. Another trick, if you have Winter Truncheon, you can sell it while you frozen, and replace it with Immortality. But you need to do it fast, or you'll gonna end up dead

Definitely one of the things you rarely do right now. This is only in games that are really late game probably 30 min or longer games.

Its not cheating, its being smart
