Do developers know that their report system sucks? so they don't want to fix it?

How many troller players have you not been punished in this game?

Hello.
Before there was adjustment on how to punish negative player such as added Mild poor performance detection, intentionally feeding, and real time profanity detection.
if you feel report system is need to be improved, you can suggest it in CS, so the developer will become more aware of the urgency of this report system.

as long as you are still using bots, you will not be able to find trol behavior,
because you only count using KDA,

regarding suggestions to CS, it's often and even many people have complained about your reporting system for years, so what is dev doing? new hero? new skin? new animation?

They absolutely know that but whats the point for them. Hard punishment will make players leave the game. Leaving the game means disadvantage for the company. It all about money tbh.

One of the reason to migrate to a new moba. This game penalty is like punishing a kid.

Well report system is much better now then before, maybe there is still place for updating and improving it but if user go AFK for 2-3 times he won't be able to play ranked for some times until he gets 90 points, but as DennisST said you can always write idea on how to to improve report system.

For record "won't be able to play ranked for some times" is not a big issue for some players. I met players who keep violating rules until their credit reach below zero.
Instead of focusing in credit score, please ban them from playing for more significantly longer period. Maybe for one hour minimum.

I wish player could report the Reporting System for being ineffective...
... not a chance. They even removed the post match feedback (you know, where they used to ask if we'd experienced lag during match).

They're all clueless, that's why issues have been piling on for years without any resolutions...
