idea for new item

I think Marksman / Mage or Fighter / Mage don't have the right equipment. Especially at the attack speed.
Today I have a proposal for a new item.
.
Magic power 70
HB 300
Attack speed 20%
Unique Passive:
When you deal damage, magic power will increase by 2 points (up to 5 times) when you get 5 stacks(in 5s), attack speed will increase 30% for 2s.
.
For there to be a balance, you can put cooldown or adjustment. The main idea here is to provide more item for the current Fighter / Mage or the future Marksman / Mage,

I add cant critical chance because, may use this item with critical make user soo OP, This can be removed

So this item is magic type specifically for magical ability hero? will be very useful for mage or hybrid mage hero who rely on attack speed using this item
