Recharge question

So I have a red dot on the recharge tab. Red tab usually means notification or alert of some kind.
When I open the tab there is nothing for me to click or select.

So what am I missing here.

Its probably the item "Change Name Card" already available to purchase because you already recharge 3 times.

I was thinking the same but there is no red dot on name change card!

Its for tha name card ..its now available for purchasing thats why there is a red mark
