Couldn't open game while using 4G LTE

Can open with wifi or 3G. But once use 4G, it will stuck on the login page, see attached.

Hi, have you experienced that problem often till now? try to force close all apps that are running in the background before open MLBB game to play

Have you tried switching off/on airplane mode? Clear game cache and try again. Also do mention your device model, when did it start happening too.

It's Samsung S10. I have never be able to log on with 4G. But once I switch to 3G it was OK. But I still want 4G csuse 3G was slow.

Also, I tried turn airplane mode on and off...

it's all the time. I can never log on with 4g lte
