Game not loading when playing on mobile data

Hi,

I'm experiencing issues with the game stuck on the loading screen everytime I'm connected via my mobile data. This just started a few updates ago and couldn't find any fix over the internet about this issue. I tried joining before in this forum but had issues with the verification.

Anyways, has anyone ever had this experience as of late? I read some in this forums and tried those suggestion but nothing happened. I saw some mod just asked for information on the users account. Not sure if that got resolved though. Hopefully someone can help.

Things I already tried and was suggested to try:
- uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
- turned off wifi and turned on flight mode. then search network. waited for the error and then confirmed. didn't connect due to -1ms ping. not sure what that meant.

Mobile Phone Provider: Fido
Location: Toronto, Canada

Just to clear out things, this has been working before. I couldn't remember which update it was that caused the issue. I didn't pay attention to it because I play at home a lot. It's just that when I go out and killing time, I try to play some games in. But now I couldn't do that because of the loading/connection issue.

may i know your
- your user ID
- Your server number
- device model
- game version
- date when occurred
- if possible can you record this bug

Hello,

Looks like this is happening to me too, I try logging in today, it's stuck at the loading screen, I check playstore and there was an update, I figure it was that and updated my game, but after update it still wouldn't work, I am using data on my phone and internet works with other games.

Any fix to this? I remember this happen to other people before too, I'm using a Samsung S20 ultra. And I just played yesterday using wifi, I think using wifi works just not data suddenly.



I just got home to check. With wifi it works, I turn off wifi in the game it stops working, turn wifi back on it connects again. Really weird. Please don't tell me I have to reinstall, I hate doing all the beginning stuff that you can't skip.

I have tried everything I can think or and even reset the phone. Even did what the support team instructed. Nothing worked. And apparently, they don't care anymore.

An update! I got mine working, apparently my brother's phone did the same thing, it's not a reinstall problem, it's in the mobile internet APN inside my phone setting that needs to be changed.

We created a new access point name, and the only change we did was  my "multimedia message proxy" from "mmsproxy.rogers.com" to an actual numbers like an IP address.

Not sure why it works but it worked.
