Downloading resources stuck

How do i fix this?

The downloading resources are stuck in 98% also
The downloading is only 0kb/s Help. This happened on baxia skin release

Hello.
Try clearing cache in ingame settings > network detection > clear cache and try again.
Also make sure your storage is not full, if still cant, please reinstall the game in AppStore/PlayStore and if still wont downlod try to find different network.

can you help me? (sorry out of topic)
i hv problem with 120 ms, whenever its in my room(room master) when i play together with my friend im always green,
But when in my friend room im always 120ms, and its always happen when im not room master. The problem is when im playing tournamen in custom i cant be the room master so i will always 120ms stuck:((( pls help , cs i always lag 120 ms at tournamen
