Free epic skin during KOF event true or false info?

Some youtubers posted about KOF event 2020.
All u need is to recharge 20 diamonds,preorder,share and play with friends and u will have 10x draw.
If u have Leona skin from last year it will be converted to epic skin.

Can forum moderators check if this information is true?

i hv problem with 120 ms, whenever its in my room(room master) when i play together with my friend im always green,
But when in my friend room im always 120ms, and its always happen when im not room master. The problem is when im playing tournamen in custom i cant be the room master so i will always 120ms stuck:((( pls help , cs i always lag 120 ms at tournamen

Everyone will get Leona like last year but, everyone who has a Leona will most probably get an Epic skin or Rare skin Fragments. Cheers!

like special martis they will give us 40 fragments and this is limited epic skin lol ...
