Losing streak shows that match making is balanced . You cannot have half the player base keep winnin ...

That's not balancing... that's stats manipulation...

You don't balance win rates... it's a KPI...it indicates performance so you shouldn't put parameters that directly affect it.

Balancing means effectively distributing skill, rank, etc across the 2 opposing teams so that each have an equal chance of winning.
