Hacker changed my nickname to PE**S HELP!!!

Hello, I've been contacting the ml support for the last 3 months but we're having troubles communicating.
My account got hacked but I still got access to it. The hacker changed my nickname to P E * * R (which means PE**S in Indonesia) and my country to Indonesia.
I already proved that it's my real account through sending out the necessary information's.

I just want to get my old nickname and old country back. Can anyone please help?

Oh my god i shouldnt laugh but i did laugh geez xD all you need to do is change your name back.. well you can buy name change card with guess coin or real money.. costs 45k coins if im.not wrong... too bad we cant gift such item.. i have 2 unused name change card and dont know what to do with it.. i dont know how to unbind unwanted acct tho..

I know I can buy it but I don't want to. I never topped up in this game. I don't want to pay when it's not even my fault I got hacked. Thanks for your concern though. I'm just worried I might get banned because of the name. And it's insulting seeing your own nickname being *****.


Who should I contact with this problem, I've been currently contacting mobilelegendsgame@gmail.com.
Their response is like "the mail is only used when you have trouble to enter the game or hacked account.

Hi, does the problem with your hacked account only affect to your nickname and flag change?  I mean, are there no other problems like email changed on your account or the hacker's account binded it to your account?  if not, try to secure your account by changing your account password

Yes, my only problem right now is the nickname and the flag change. That's the only thing the hacker did

I changed my montoon email and password immediately and disconnected my Vk account (which I think was the one hacked). The mllb support misunderstood me and we somehow I also rebinded it with a new montoon account.
