I've contacted to Customer service for several times but they still don't fix my account bug! It's been 6 months that my Advance server account is in that bug!
After i changed my acc to new device my adv server account was suddenly reset to lvl 1 with gold 0 and exp 0. No matter how much i play classic it's still gold 0 and exp 0. So i can't play other mode such as practice mode and i can play only classic!
Please help me!
