Actually moscov doesn't really need to be nerfed or buffed because he's already that strong with your chance to still counter him because of his low health, but its the players game play wether if he will be a worth it hero or a look, buy and just a design to your collection. But for me he is already one of the hero that is really balance with his flows

Dev, are you planning on making Yi Sun-Shin as viable as the other marksman? He's pretty useless late game. He only shines early game. I would suggest giving him better advantages maybe?
