Impossible to join games since update.

Good morning,

Since the update, I had no chances in joining any games on my android, nor play with my friends. Right after the update, I tried to play with some of my friends on the game but got a 'server-not-updated' yet issue. Therefore, I decided to play by myslef, but ANY game I start, in ANY of the main 3 modes (Rank, classics, Rixe) I stayed in the 'match-matching' area for ages without meeting any party. I stay in the waiting room for 5-11 mins before giving up most times.

I tried to contact the support, but I am not getting any answers.

In total, I can sometimes play magic chess (after at least 5 min in waiting room), but non of the other mode.

More recently I was also able to play 2 classic games after 7 mins of wait each, but all other players where beginers (definetly not my level) and I got MVP in both games by far with  at least 15 kills more than the rest of the group and no death. This is not enjoyable.

Can someone explain to me why I have such difficultty getting into games?

Just to give an idea, while I am writting this, I am hoping to get into rank. The extimation time is at 0.03 sec, I am at 18:34 mins of wait.

PS - I am starting to understand it's because of project NEXT? Still, why can't I play anymore?

Edit - I WAS Able to play again. But ONLY when I am invited by other players with the update. Impossible to start a game by myself or when I host the room, but when another player invite I can join and play. THIS is Ridiculous. Why so hard?


EDIT - It is MORE than just NEXT. I cannot play at all without being invited.

Could I happen to know what your game version is and what mobile are you using? Is it an iOS or an Android?

Thank you for getting back to me.

I tried the game on both my old samsung S5 and my Sony Xperia (Both Android). Same issue on both phone with my one account.

My game version is 1.4.94.538.1 (that's the number that appears when I open the app)

Then, I have the 'NEXT' project explanation that appears and I think that's it.

Thank you for getting back to me.

You have the project NEXT update, so you won't be able to play with your friends without the Project NEXT update, and like Advanced server it may take you long to que. Cheers, Happy Gaming!

Like blue said u have got early access for project next thats why ur unable to pair up with friends..it will say not same version like something...dont worry it's a temporary thing...if that's the case

Hey,

I know I have NEXT, but it's something more than that.

Let me illustrate it.
The other day, I invited two other people with NEXT to play. I was host. We stayed in the wait room for 3 mins at first without finding any games. Then we left, and I made the room again, with me as a host and tried again. We then stayed in the room for 7 min without finding a game.

Then, I left as a host, and was added again to the same party, with the same people, but this time, as a guest. We found a party in 30sec.

There is a problem with my account, regarding of NEXT. I cannot start games by myself, I need to be INVITED, to play anything.

It is very bothersome.
