Hi, I think if you face an enemy that uses VPN it will not affect you
try to always check your network first is in good or bad condition to use before playing

but if there really isn't a problem on your own network or means that there is an abnormality happening to you, you can provide these following information
- Nickname, Id & Server
- Device model & OS version
- Game client version
- Date when the problem occurred along with screenshots or video evidence of the problem
