Gatot Passive Skill Dmg part bug?

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but the item Necklace of Durance Doesn't work with Gatotcaka's Passive skill where you hit a target and the Anti Heal passive doesn't apply to the enemy...
It's the passive skill that Activates on, a Basic attack. hmm

I wonder if this is a bug or not...

I'm not sure if is supposed to be like that.
I presume it should trigger Necklace of Durance's Passive
because it is a Skill damage. the difference is, it's triggered via normal attack.

@RohitBK201, basic attack of gatot is physical, but when his passive actvates (skilldmg) ,his basic attack becomes a magic attack, I'm not really sure what's the logic behind it.
Anyways if you go to Training now and Use aldous, Buy Necklace of Durance,, have 2 bots standing beside each other, then do an enhanced basic attack, one of the bots (not the basic attack target) would get a Heart Icon , anti heal or life drain effect.
do check it out, that's why I'm asking this it may be a bug or whatnot.

i don't think you can active item passive with hero passive, its not even a skill to begin with its a passive ,
pharsha's varry is not even a basic attack nor a skill it cannot active stun for pharsha while doing her combo her passive cannot trigger item passive too and i think its how it was meant to be to balance heroes ,sorry to say but i don't think its a bug

Aldous was activated via 1st skill. but for Gatot's, it was activated through passive.
So, I don't think it is a bug.

True but the weird part is, Life-Drain (anti-heal heart icon), Does not trigger on aldous's Target via first skill but the enemies besides that target gets the Broken Heart Icon.
