Vale Skill upgrade on hit damage BUG!!!

So here's my proof of a Vale Bug on his skill,
the stop on hit , randomly does not work.

Timestamp:  1:59:20 - Exact Time 1:59:30 the second Time I used the skill it did not trigger a Stop on hit Whirlwind.

There are a lot more, but I'm too lazy to scan through it

It randomly does not trigger on Heroes and Jungle monsters. It's really annoying if it does not trigger on heroes  
Ex: Timetamp:   1:59:55  -exact time 2:00:03  - It did not trigger on Hayabusa.

Ty for the bug report. Do mention your ID, IGN, game version, device model , os version too , for we need them to be submiited. Hope it gets fixed soon .

Name would be "Debmarcley" in screwy letters
Game version would be latest (I always update),  I played Vale again (no stream). bug is still there
It has been for more than 6 months. I was lazy to provide it back then.

can you record this bug separately if you can that would be great help to us, the sample you provided is not very clear, if its a bug it should be replicable

WTF? i added a fucking timestamp twice, just watch it, it does not trigger
fucking lazy, just fucking submit it to moonton, you can find it yourself, or do it yourself.
What part there was not very clear? are you guys blind?
I even described the shit.
the bug has been there for more than 1 year.
Do your fucking job, dont complain if you dont get paid with cash, it's your own choice to be moderators.
I did my part with description and video, do yours.

i have been trying to replicate your bug since august 3 for 1hr each day and not even once this bug has occurred to me so i was not able to record it properly so i am just asking for your help, i may be lazy but i cannot be irresponsible no matter what,devs are not free,i have to confirm it myself first




this all are in maximum range, i dont see any unusual thing

I got to replicate it in less than 4 minutes...
Now... will you send it to the developers now?
I'm kinda lazy to play Rank game with that kind of build with Vale now, I risk losing the game, I dont play classic game to.
