Speed Up MAGIC CHESS

Not sure if it is a bug or there's something needs to be activated or whatsoever.
If the heroes are running out of time while fighting, they speed up the fight and speed up all the heroes on the board.
But there are times, speed up won't activate from other players like their attack speed are still normal but the opponent is speeding up.
Is this a bug? If not, what is the bases of the activation?
There's no such info about this in the Gallery.

personally I've never experienced issue like that, indeed there is no written information in the rules but basically it is automatically activated when the battle time is less than 7 seconds and that applies to all players
If it's not active on some players, it's likely that it's a bug, and have you reported it to in-game cs?

Yeah i guess its a bug.. it happened to me too.. rarely happen tho

oh, yeah, it rarely happened. Usually it happens during in the middle of skill animation or attack animation and the speed up activated and usual victim to this are those heroes who has slow recovery after the skill and slow attack speed.

Here's a link. I haven't shared any image here so hope this works. Will try to record it next time. As you can see, the Speed Up Status has time display on the top and Moskov doesn't have. There's a chance to beat Martis at that moment coz that moskov is wearing a Wrestler Crystal to stun but he only fired like 2 or 3 attacks.

Hey, I still have the replay, I recorded it and upload it unlisted on my youtube. Here's the link.
It actually activated on Khufra but not on Moskov. This bug already there since the start of Magic Chess, just dunno where to report that time.
