i am getting ping before update
before 55ms on wifi and 85 on 4g
and
now 238ms in main screen and in battle too.

this happening from the last 5-7 days.
i could not play ranks.

Hi.. Have you tried using the network connection boost option? If that function is available on your device then activate it, it requires both two 4G and WiFi enabled
don't forget to provide your device information, and the game client version here too

I am using Android 10 on my oppo f9 with location Pakistan.
i have latest version of game 1.4.94.539.1
ID details are same as above
i have tested my 4g only then wifi only then in game both boost available option
cleared cache
clear data
even in game clear cache
and also full game uninstall and reinstall.
ISP modem Factory Reset
ISP complain (They Checked and fixed done)
I don't think so there is no any other option available on internet and in game help.
It is fixed now, I haven't been playing for 1 week till sand man appeared. Now it works open MLBB using Wifi then turn on data and enable speed mode and the fast mode then, go to network detection and clear cache, it works for me. Cheers, Happy Gaming!
that also happen to me for about a month, that's why now i don't play mlbb until those ping problem got fixed, i already make a report to in-game cs but it useless bc it's like talking to a bot...then now i see the banner like "how to fix lag", like wtf now they even think that those high ping problem bc our device/connection in fact i play other similar game and there is no problem...
well said mate but all above steps as described by me have done. Then what we do. i think they are targeting a specific regional users. it's their fault with new update they aren't agree to accept their fault.
