Hi,

Has anyone else encounter such issue? I emailed support and they gave me a couple of things to do. None of them fixed it. I even did a phone reset, and still didn't fix it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

There was one guy who faced similar problem like urs..dont know his problem got solved or not..

Plz do specify if you're stucked at loading screen or couldn't play due to ping issue. Try turning off/on airplane mode. Try network connection boost and speed mode in settings. Do attach your Id, server ID, game version, device model. Also a ping check is recommended.

Sorry. I'm stuck on loading. The loading bar doesn't even start. Like I mentioned. I've already tried all the things support has given me. From changing sim to airplane mode. None works. I ended up resetting my phone to factory default. Still didn't fix the issue.

FYI, I also gave this information to support 2 weeks ago. No reply from them besides emailing me the same steps to do over and over. I do hope I can find a better answer/support here in the forum.

Same guy. I moved this, or rather created this on this thread instead. My first inquiry was on the "Hello" thread since I couldn't post yet in the "General" forum. I did try the sim swap thing. Didn't work. Thanks tho.

Try loging in MLBB then go to settings then network detection and press clear cache. This helped me in lag, Cheers Happy Gaming!

Appreciate the input. Unfortunately, lag isn't my problem. It's loading the game using a mobile data connection. I did try it just in case, but still didn't fix it. Thanks tho.

Stuck in loading? Usually, that happens when ml detects you're using third-party app/service or it can't connect you to an available server(either your IP has been blacklisted, which happens to vpn users), or someone might be using your account which prevents you from loading.

Have you submitted to CS your network provider or anything like that? or try submitting a different report.

Yeah, I can't play the game when I'm on mobile data. Wifi connection is not a problem. Also, I did report this issue to CS already giving my account details, provider, phone model, etc. And the only reply I get are the same replies telling me to try this and try that. Which I already did. I've all stated that to the emails that I kept sending them. And I keep getting back the same reply to try stuff. It's like a auto-reply that someone from CS would just copy and paste and send to me.

uhh, try changingl your network provider, that probably might be the only solution.
