I can't upload photos in my account .1month and more..i clear cache but nothing.

If clearing cache does not work, try checking the storage permission of mobile legends app on your device, turn off then turn on back the permission

then you need to report it to cs in game by filling out the bug report form > system module bug > and choose 'profile'
hopefully they will help to solve it asap
