I dont think aldous is that good. Its still hypercarry so far. I doubt he could do anything.

As much as I am familiar with mages, I don’t think Cyclops is an A+ tier hero. I also don’t think Alice is an A tier hero while Aurora is B tier. Aurora is still good to me.
I’m not sure why Hanabi is an C-tier hero, I have played a few matches with Hanabi and Hanabi is good. Good lifesteal and good damage. I think some people may have used wrong emblem or used wrong emblem points. I can keep my first skill on forever on Hanabi and I could have a lot of mana. Irithel is also not an A tier hero. Irithel used to be very good in my opinion, it was also a reason that I got Sagittarius, but I feel like Irithel doesn’t do well in the current meta.
I think Bruno is rarely used, no one really uses him that much. I don’t think that it makes him an A+ tier.

Is it accurate? For the most part on S tier and S+ tier, yes. But for other tier ratings, I would have to disagree on those tiers.

Poor Hanabi is still in tier C.

It would be much useful if the source explain how they rate heroes, the term "based on their overall performance" is quite vague. Do they monitor rank matches all over the world? Really from all servers and tiers?

Claude isn't that strong anymore, he shouldn't be in S+ Class. But, Popol should deserve it, because many people start to spam him in High Tier as a Tank/Support, and also some people prefer to ban him than giving it to their opponents.

Aren't they now? All heroes might have their spot here but this is totally just a tier list, everything will still rely from the game itself along with many different factors.
