My ML Account is acting weird

Hi. I'll try to keep this short so I'll go direct to the point.


About my ML Account:
1. Linked to Moonton Account (Gmail) and Facebook Account
2. Almost a year old
3. Never been banned


So here's the deal. Everytime I login to my account, it keeps redirecting me to a newly created Lv.3 account instead of my Lv. 25 celestial account. This happened like 1-2 days ago and I'm completely clueless on what's happening. I already tried uninstalling and installing back ML, clear cache and clear data but nothing changes. I attached some screenshots providing some information of my ML account hoping that somehow these can help solve the problem.











P.S. Thank you Admins/Mods for accepting my application on this forum. I really appreciate it.

most probably when you created new account you overrided your main account, try contacting ingame CS

if I may know whether before the problem happened you had access to advanced server?

well yeah, those are 2 different names, so its 2 different accounts. Can you switch between the 2 accounts freely? Is someone else using that second account?? check the history!! Leave a message in the profile and try to talk to him.

Nope. I can't switch freely. Whenever I use the email and password of my first account, it always leads me to the Lv.3 account. During loading I can even see that they share the same Game ID (2nd screenshot). Its like my first account got deleted and got replaced by this Lv.3 account.  I think no one is using the second account coz last time  I checked it is still Lv.3  and still in Tutorial Phase (3rd screenshot). Right now, I don't want to touch that Lv.3 account coz I'm afraid that it might lead to a bigger problem.


Nope. I don't have an access to advanced server. Not really sure what happened to my account. I reinstalled ML to see if it is back to normal unfortunately it is still the Lv.3 account. What should I do? I hope you guys can help me recover my account. I don't want to miss KOF Event. :(  


To be honest, I don't want to do anything in that Lv.3 account right now but if you think that it will somehow increase my chances of recovering my account back, then I'll give it a shot. I will finish everything until I can use ingame CS.

Tried the ingame CS, followed all the instructions and fortunately nothing serious happened to my account and I was able to retrieve it. It turned out I got switched to a different server without my knowledge. Now it totally makes sense why those 2 accounts share the same Game ID. I'm so confused. Just really don't know how did that happen. I never applied for a slot in the advanced server nor did I create a new account on a different server. Anyway, I'm just happy that I got my account back. Thank you guys for sharing some of your time trying to help me sort things out. I really do appreciate it.
