[Crashing] MLBB isn't loading using Mobile Data - HELP PLEASE

Game loads up fine using WiFi, but when I turn off WiFi and use my mobile data network, i can't get past the loading screen - stuck in there. If i load up using wifi, then turn wifi off to use mobile data, i just get a reconnecting circle that never reconnects.
This has been discussed in this thread and it seems like it got resolved for one of the users - So please HELP!

I've tried all sorts of troubleshooting already: clearing cache and data, reinstalling, reset network settings, reset factory settings of my phone. Did not work. All other apps on my phone work on mobile data, except MLBB. I rely on mobile data a lot of times to play MLBB so your help is greatly appreciate.

Following are my details:

Username in game: Chadler
ID(Server): 740333568 (5260)
Device (OS): Android
Game client version:
Proof of SS/Video about how you triggered that bug:
No pic, just stuck on loading screen when using mobile data
Date when it happened: started around August 12, 2020, it was working fine prior to this

Well, hopefully you can fix this. Coz I've been waiting for a fix for almost a month now. No mods responsding or stopped responding to help.

Wouldn't be surprised if you get no response after. I'm also still waiting for a resolution.

End of the month and still nothing from support or mods?

Nothing yet. I've also went to Samsung store and to my network provider's customer service and they found no problem with the network nor my mobile phone unit. They said it is something specific to the MLBB app since other apps are working on my phone, except MLBB.

I've also done the same thing and experiencing the same thing. I've also emailed support and they gave me the run around. Every time I reply to their email, they would send me an auto reply to do some procedures. Which I already did. So replying to that email, it goes back to asking "have you done this, have you done that". Even if you say yes, they would send you the same email response to "do this, and do that". It's just an endless cycle.

And then here in the forums, no one seems to want to help out from mods and devs (if they are here).
I've done all the steps you mentioned. The only thing I didn't get back is a reply from a dev that they will pass it on for a fix. So we can't tell if they actually did a fix until some dev confirms that.

Either way, you're lucky and I'm happy for you.

Problem got fixed for me. Not sure if on its own because of new updates or someone from MLBB passed it on to the developers. The actions I made since I made this post was: (1) change sim card with same number - didn't work; (2) factory reset my phone account again and installed MLBB first without any other app - did not work that time (3) contact MLBB customer support in game and they said they'll pass the issue on to the developers - not sure if they fixed. 3 days after, the MLBB app is now working on mobile network.

Good to hear it worked for you! Apparently, I was told that moving an app to work on IPv6 takes a lot of work on the back end so we may not see this happening anytime soon on the MLBB app.

A lot of network providers are moving to IPv6 as IPv4 is getting full (as I was told) and a lot of apps haven't migrated to IPv6 yet so those apps won't work unless APN protocol is changed back to IPv4 :)
