Hello people and thanks for accepting my registration,

This is what happened to me few days ago.

Something weird happened to my Account 769333557 (6359)


I just logged I notice that

- my name changed into "guah afk" (was Uragano) -> I can't use the free name change because probably someone use it
- Someone played 2 games that I did not play
- In game support does not work (neverending loading)
- No payment enviroment displayed in the shop so I can't buy anything

I tried to login with another account and everything seems to work. The problem is on this account...

I changed my password twice + I've reinstalled  the game but nothing....same problems. You can see in the screenshots
I have moontoon and gmail account connected and I change password in both...

Can you please help me? at least restore my name to the original and check if it was hacked...

NOTE that I can use my account normally after changing the password but I still have the problems listed above.

ALSO I can't contact the ingame customer service so I wrote and email to mobilelegendsgames@gmail.com and I filled the stole account form but nothing yet...

Try unbinding your accounts, One by One (maybe some of your social media platform is connected to the user), and change into new/different accounts

You have been hacked by the infamous Indonesian cheaters/hackers. Try the option "Sign out all devices", (Go to Account > Account Center),  it helped me when my account was hacked.

Make sure you bind your google and facebook account, and also change your Moonton Password.

Hello! I did it. At the moment I can normally play my account but I just want my original name back...No answer from customer service yet.

And also, I can't contact the in-game one for mysterious reasons....


Here's an update.

I can log in but someone else is also logging in. Even if I change my password etc...

There is just my moontoon account linked which I don't know to to remove....

MobileLegendsGame@gmail.com does not answer....



Update:

The option Sign Out All Devices is not present anymore.
I changed my moontoon account email and password again but the hacker is still using my account.

I tried to install ML on other device, I successfully  logged into my account but Sign Out All Devices is not present.

Also for some reason as I mentioned before, the in-game cs is not working just for this account....

make sure that the information you provide in filling out the form is correct, so they can help to solve your problem easily

What about in-game CS not working? CS button is gone or .?

The in-game CS replied and they told me to send an email to MobileLegendsGame@gmail.com
which I did already but I did it again.

is this email legit or a scam support__app__165@mail.aihelp.net ? because it is really shady and they asked me to fill a form which I did already few days ago and I think this is why they stole my account.

Not sure what to do guys...
