Atlas will still pull you even when out of range

When atlas already put it chain and released the ultimate , anyone who have their chain linked before the stun will be stunned and pulled to center , including those that is already outside the range of atlas ultimate.

atlas ult range is bit strange, so if you can share us the screenshot or the screen record we would be able to figure out if its a bug or not,
